KakuShika is new knowledge management system. Our vision is to “innovate knowledge management”. From saving, analyzing and summarizing communications, our product can provide new knowledge and lead to improving projects.

Let us explain how our product, Kaku-Shika, works specifically.

First, the users who registered Kaku-Shika will then register the communication tools they use such as Slack, HipChat, Facebook and ChatWork.

After the registeration of their using tools, the users wil continue using them as they do usually. Meanwhile Kaku-Shika will save the all of the chat logs.

Then, the contents will be analyzed by the AI. Distinguishing by the importance of the message, like small talks about lunch to important instruction about the work, it will put the most suitable tag on it. This tag makes easier to check the contents afterwards.

It also can search thourgh the logs crosswise in different tools. You don’t have to switch the applications and look for the idea or content you want.

Not only searching but also sharing the logs is available. This makes other users more easier to understand what happened in the past.

Furthermore, in the analyzation, we are willing to add the amount of the member’s chatting, the variation through the timeline and member’s behavior analysis.
